Are you new to Pilates?

Pilates is a full body-conditioning regimen incorporating six main principles: Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath and Flow. The exercises are performed on the floor (mat work) as well as on various apparatus.

Because the equipment uses spring resistance, your muscles become lengthened and toned; you become flexible yet strong. More importantly, Pilates teaches you how to exercise.
